Our oysters are easy to open. Here’s a guide to opening our signature oyster! Anyone can do it. If you order our Pre-shucked oysters, all you have to do is pull off the rubber band and the shells will separate and you can peel off the top shell with your fingers. Read more....
How do I store my oysters?
In the fridge, cup side down with a damp towel over them. If you want to swap out the towel daily that will help keep them fresh.
Should I put oysters on ice?
When they are not in the fridge yes, make sure they are in a dish that has drainage. You do not want oysters sitting in melted ice water. That will kill them
